About Our Company
Post Falls sits a few miles west of Coeur d'Alene, closer to Spokane Valley, and its newer subdivisions have a different turf problem than the older yards east of the lake: builder-grade sod that needs aeration the first summers, and sprinkler systems young enough to still need adjustments. That is the work we do here, all year: lawn care and overseeding, sod installation, sprinkler maintenance and winterization, leaf removal, snow, and tree services.

Who should do the blowout — us, or a handyman with a compressor?

My new build came with builder sod — does it need aeration?
Usually, yes, and sooner than people expect. Fresh turf on compacted subsoil mats down fast, and aeration is one of the cheapest fixes Idaho lawns get: University of Idaho Extension recommends core-cultivating most home lawns at least annually, with fall preferred.
